Open the ACSL Learn app while you are online and tap the "Cloud" icon next to your course or specific activities to download them for offline study.

If you can not remember your password, go to the log in page and look for the link to reset your password. Enter your email address and a reset link will be delivered. If this fails then please contact: learn@africacenterforschoolleadership.org

Navigate back to the specific assignment link or open your Grades tab and click on the "Feedback" icon to view comments, rubrics, or annotated files left by your trainer.

Go to your Preferences in the user menu, select Forum preferences, and change your "Email digest type" to "Complete" to receive only one summary email per day.

Click on your user icon in the top right corner, select Profile, and then click Edit profile to upload a new picture or update your personal description.

Verify that the deadline has not passed and that you have met all activity prerequisites, as the submission button automatically disappears once the cutoff date is reached.

Toggle the "Course overview" filter from "In progress" to "All" or "Future," as the course may not have officially started yet or might be hidden by your instructor. Some courses allow you to self-enrol otherwise your trainer must manually enrol students.

Keep a close watch on the "Quiz navigation" timer, as the quiz is programmed to automatically save and submit your progress the exact moment the time limit expires.

Click the activity and ensure you have met the specific requirements—such as achieving a passing grade or posting a specific number of forum replies—rather than just viewing the page.
